The Black Art Gala Foundation is partnering with muralist, Cam Parker, to offer a community art class. Tampa Bay’s Art Day gives residents of Tampa Bay a chance to paint along with one of the Bay’s most recognizable artists and learn how they create the art which brings the vibrant Tampa Bay community to life.
